Even though you believe you can get through, or you're not positive the amount the effect might be, keep in mind that rooms are limited, and you wouldn't like to become trapped in a sketchy spot with the family. Many non-pet lodges make exceptions in rough weather and they are welcome within your room.
Load up a cooler or two with snacks, beverages, and sandwiches--when the power's out, restaurants may not be open. Additionally, have blankets, numerous chargers, and flares in the vehicle if you have car issues or get in an accident--help may come, and can be delayed.
Keeping the New Home Clean
Fact--all the blankets and bathroom towels on the earth are not going to keep your flooring clean when you are moving in wet, arctic weather conditions. You can prevent some dirt and scuffs by laying heavy cardboard on the most heavily trafficked places, however unless the professional movers in Wichita Falls remove their shoes or boots each time they come in your home, it is an uphill fight. Plan a carpet cleaning as soon as you can, and vacuum and mop hardwoods as soon as things are all inside.
